1. 1. In Microsoft Outlook 2003, from the Tools menu, select E-mail Accounts.
2. In the E-mail Accounts wizard, select Add a new e-mail account, and then click Next.
3. On the Server Type page, select POP3, and then click Next.
4. On the Internet E-mail Settings page, enter your email account information as follows:
Your Name: (The Name you would like to show up when sending Emails)
E-mail Address: (Your email address you’ve received from Onsite)
Account Type: Select POP3.
Incoming mail server: Type mail.onsitetoyou.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Type mail.onsitetoyou.com
User Name: Enter your email address again.
Password: Enter the password you created for your email account, or given to you by Onsite.
5. Select the Remember Password checkbox
6. Click More Settings in the lower right hand corner, in the Internet E-mail Settings window:
· Go to the Outgoing Server tab:
· Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
· Go to the Advanced tab:
o Click the check box for “This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)” (It should automatically change the Incoming Server (POP3): from 110 to 995).
o Change the Outgoing Server (SMPT): from 25 to 465.
o Check the Checkbox for "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)"
· Click OK
7. Click Test Account Settings. Microsoft will send itself a message to test your incoming and outgoing capabilities. Once this is complete, click Next.
8. Click Finish.
